WHo fixes Canon 814 XLS's

WHo fixes Canon 814 XLS's,,,

I have 3 of them,,,2 have little problems..
one the interior lightmeter light has gone out...so
I can't even set an fstop manually...

the other...I lost the bottom piece of the handle which
holds the batteries in...need this part...or I guess
I could get an exterior battery pack....I'd sell this cam
if anyone is interested....

But more than anything just wondering who could repair
one....

and here is another HUGE question....
know anyone who could make my canon814XLS
synched at 24fps?
